Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our LACROIX Group team.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial development of a portfolio of existing strategic accounts in the Automotive segment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development strategy of your accounts and deploy the defined strategy with customers to develop sales.
  • Act as the customer's main interface within the company, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Draw up commercial offers, lead the commercial and logistical contracting phase, and negotiate programs in terms of price, lead time, and quality.
  • Ensure the financial follow-up and risk management of your portfolio, including profitability, compliance with payment deadlines, management of obsolete or excess inventory, quality or technical disputes, etc.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in developing existing strategic customer accounts, with a minimum annual portfolio of $5M.
  • Background in the manufacturing industry, with a strong focus on the Automotive manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
