We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our LACROIX Group team.

Reporting to the North America VP, Program Management, you will be responsible for driving the commercial development of a portfolio of existing strategic accounts in the Automotive segment.

  • You will contribute to the development strategy of your accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • You will deploy the defined strategy with customers to develop sales, leveraging your expertise in commercial development and account management.
  • You will serve as the primary interface between the company and your customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

In collaboration with our various departments, you will:

  • Develop and execute commercial offers, including costing, technical, and industrial proposals.
  • Lead the commercial and logistical contracting phase, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
  • Negotiate programs with customers, focusing on price, lead time, and quality.
  • Monitor and manage the financial performance of your portfolio, including profitability, payment deadlines, inventory management, and quality or technical disputes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Significant experience in developing existing strategic customer accounts, with a minimum annual portfolio of $5M.
  • A strong background in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on the Automotive segment.
  • Excellent commercial development and account management skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer relationships.

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Experience working in a subcontracting environment, with a focus on electronics and/or EMS companies.
  • Proven ability to provide additional services and/or custom products to customers.
