Strategic Customer Success Manager

SaaStr is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our revenue team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Own increasing revenue retention numbers for a set of named accounts
- Operate as the lead point of contact for sponsors, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions
- Communicate regularly with sponsors to ensure fulfillment of sponsorship packages
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and referenceability
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to exceed sales quotas
- Experience in account management, preferably in a SaaS/B2B environment
- Proven track record of managing larger accounts, ideally with revenue exceeding $100k
- Expertise in client relationship management and communication
- Ability to work with Salesforce and other CRM systems
- BS/BA or equivalent, with over 3 years of experience managing clients post-sales
