Position: Field Recruiter

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Human Resources Director

Overview:
As a Field Recruiter, you will spearhead our initiatives to discover, engage, and secure exceptional talent. Your role will encompass the formulation and execution of recruitment strategies, overseeing the hiring process from inception to conclusion, while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates. The ideal candidate will possess a fervor for identifying top talent, refining the hiring process, and enhancing the organization's employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement thorough talent acquisition strategies that support the company's growth objectives.
  • Guide, mentor, and supervise the Talent Acquisition team to maintain high performance standards.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to pinpoint hiring needs and establish clear job requirement criteria.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional organizations to attract the best candidates.
  • Lead employer branding efforts, which include managing career platforms, participating in job fairs, and utilizing social media channels.
  • Employ HR technology tools to enhance the recruitment process, improving efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Ensure the development of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Regularly report on essential recruitment metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Stay informed about trends, innovations, and legal changes in recruitment and employment practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all organizational levels.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS and ATS software, along with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledgeable about employment law and best practices in recruitment and selection.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Supervision:

  • Delegates authority to Recruiters to manage the full recruiting cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and job offers.
  • Receives delegation from the Human Resources Director, including oversight of the Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiters.
