Position Overview:

We are in search of a proficient Senior Associate to join our Client Accounting & Advisory Service division within the Finance sector. This role entails providing expert financial guidance and solutions to our clients, which includes managing monthly closing processes, reconciling financial statements, and conducting trend analyses. This is a remarkable opportunity to play a vital role in our clients' financial success while being part of a vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly closing processes and deliverables in compliance with GAAP
  • Prepare and reconcile financial documents, such as income statements and balance sheets
  • Apply accounting principles to financial reporting
  • Analyze financial statements to calculate KPIs and identify trends
  • Plan client engagements and assist in proposal development
  • Oversee workflow and maintain accurate documentation
  • Prepare schedules for audit and tax compliance

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation
  • Expertise in journal entries, account reconciliations, and trend analysis
  • Excellent analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in relevant software
