Job Overview

Position Summary:

As the Talent Acquisition Lead at AugmentJobs, you will take charge of overseeing our recruitment division, crafting and executing innovative hiring strategies, and ensuring we secure exceptional talent. This role requires close collaboration with executive leadership to identify staffing requirements, refining our hiring processes, and enhancing the overall candidate journey.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Development: Inspire, guide, and nurture a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a supportive and cooperative atmosphere.
  • Strategic Recruitment: Formulate and execute recruitment plans to attract top-tier candidates through diverse channels.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work alongside department leaders and hiring managers to ascertain their recruitment needs and create detailed job specifications.
  • Candidate Engagement: Supervise and improve sourcing methods, utilizing job platforms, social media, and networking to discover potential hires.
  • Interview Coordination: Structure and oversee the interview framework, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to assess the success of hiring initiatives and inform strategic decisions.
  • Employer Branding: Advocate for AugmentJobs as a preferred employer through effective branding and engagement with prospective candidates.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to legal standards and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a recruitment team and achieving results.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing methodologies, and interviewing techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment technologies.
