About the Role:

Zwift is on the lookout for a dedicated People Operations and Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our People Team.

In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in assisting Hiring Managers to pinpoint and recruit top-tier talent for various positions while fostering a global, progressive, and enjoyable employee experience through our People Operations initiatives.

Your contributions will span the entire employee lifecycle at Zwift, from recruitment and onboarding to exit processes, all while supporting the execution of Zwift's business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient, consistent, and fair processes for people programs and policies. Propose innovative approaches to enhance existing procedures.
  • Facilitate daily People Team operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, role creation and backfills, employee relations, performance management, and data management.
  • Oversee immigration matters and global mobility in collaboration with team members and external immigration experts.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to grasp their recruitment needs. Evaluate applicants and conduct initial talent screenings with qualified candidates before forwarding them to the Hiring Manager.
  • Ensure the talent acquisition process is seamless, efficient, and equitable.
  • Work alongside our People Experience Specialist to manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse, along with our recruitment processes and resources.
  • Engage with external recruitment agencies as necessary to secure the right talent for open positions.
  • Integrate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into Zwift's People Practices.
  • Maintain HR data integrity; ensure our personnel data is accurate, consistent, and current through established processes and regular audits to continuously enhance data quality.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant HR Certification with 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills to deliver programs efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of local and regional People practices.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail, adept at analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven individual with a commitment to quality while managing multiple, sometimes competing, priorities.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Resilient in adapting to change and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Experience with Workday HCM or other HRIS, as well as Greenhouse or other ATS.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of global People practices.
  • Awareness of key legal challenges across various regional jurisdictions.

Compensation:

The base salary for this position ranges between $57,000 and $89,000, determined by factors such as the role, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.

In addition to the base salary, Zwift offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including performance bonuses, equity, and a full range of medical, financial, and other perks.
