Position Overview:

We are in search of a proficient Senior Associate to join our Client Accounting & Advisory Service team. In this role, you will provide essential financial guidance and solutions to our clients, focusing on monthly closing processes, financial statement reconciliations, and performance trend analysis. This position offers a unique chance to play a vital role in our clients' financial success while being part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement monthly closing procedures and deliverables in accordance with GAAP standards
  • Prepare and reconcile financial documents, including income statements and balance sheets
  • Apply accounting principles to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Analyze key performance indicators derived from financial statements and identify significant trends
  • Plan and manage client engagements and support proposal development
  • Oversee workflow and maintain thorough documentation
  • Prepare necessary schedules for audit and tax compliance purposes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong grasp of GAAP and financial statement preparation
  • Proficient in journal entries, account reconciliations, and trend analysis
  • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in relevant software
