Position Overview:
The ACRT Pacific Recruiter plays a crucial role in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of candidates for ACRT Pacific. Reporting to the Recruiting Supervisor, this position is integral in ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions.
2. Prepare, post, and manage job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System.
3. Review applications and assess candidate qualifications.
4. Perform initial phone screenings to identify the most suitable candidates.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct interviews.
6. Draft and send offer letters to selected candidates.
7. Manage background checks and drug screenings.
8. Coordinate start dates and complete the hiring process in Workday.
9. Serve as the primary contact for inquiries regarding open positions.

Collaboration:
Maintain effective communication with:
- Applicants
- Hiring managers and supervisors
- Internal stakeholders regarding the status of open positions and recruitment efforts.

Travel Requirements:
Participate in recruiting events and job fairs as needed.

Qualifications:
Essential:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: Minimum of 2.5 years in full-cycle recruiting and proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Workday.

Preferred:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
- Experience: 3+ years in corporate recruitment and familiarity with Workday's Recruiting module.

Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior management.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and sound judgment in decision-making.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Knowledge of Federal and State Labor laws and OFCCP Compliance.
- Experience with confidential information handling.

Work Environment:
This position is remote, with a preference for candidates located in California. A dedicated workspace at home is required, along with reliable internet access for video calls.
