Vast is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, who will report to the Senior Manager of Recruiting, to assist in developing the essential systems required for the design and construction of artificial-gravity human-rated space stations.
This role is a full-time, contract position.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete scheduling process for candidate interviews (both onsite and virtual) across various roles
Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates and manage related expenses as needed
Serve as a partner in resolving recruiting operations challenges, utilizing a combination of data, tools, and collaboration
Enhance processes to elevate the experience for both external candidates and internal stakeholders
Ensure clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates and hiring partners, both in writing and verbally
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or a related human resources function
1+ years of experience in arranging travel for candidates
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in a dynamic start-up or corporate environment
1+ years of experience with Greenhouse
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt and maintain composure under pressure
Highly organized with a talent for building relationships
