Position: Field Recruiter

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Human Resources Director

Overview:
As a Field Recruiter, you will spearhead our initiatives to attract and secure exceptional talent. Your role will encompass the creation and execution of recruitment strategies, overseeing the entire hiring process, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates. The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for identifying top talent, refining the recruitment process, and enhancing our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Talent Acquisition team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with department managers to ascertain hiring needs and establish clear job criteria.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional associations to source top candidates.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employer branding, including managing career sites, participating in job fairs, and utilizing social media platforms.
  • Implement and leverage HR technology tools to streamline the recruitment process, improving efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Promote the development of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Regularly report on key recruitment metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about trends, innovations, and legal developments in recruitment and employment practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS and ATS software, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practices in recruitment and selection.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Supervision:

  • Supervision is provided to Recruiters, with authority to manage the full recruiting cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and job offers.
