About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in Portland. As a key member of our North America Outdoor Team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Pacific Northwest Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow sales programs within assigned territory to achieve sales volume and territory growth objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with top revenue-generating and Lighthouse accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of inside/outside sales experience or industry experience with Outdoor related products (footwear and soft goods preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
  • Technical skills and knowledge of outdoor equipment and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
