Position Overview

Core Responsibilities:

  • Managing front desk operations and reception duties
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately
  • Performing clerical functions including scheduling appointments, invoicing, and data management
  • Overseeing various projects as assigned by management

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We seek detail-oriented individuals who excel in providing outstanding internal support. The administrative coordinator should possess strong communication and organizational abilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
