Role Summary:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the loan process and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, engaging with them through various channels including phone, in-person meetings, and digital platforms.
  • Documentation and Support: Accurately document customer interactions and follow through to resolution, collaborating with team members and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle monetary activities by following established protocols to prevent fraud, ensuring proper authorization, and processing transactions such as payments and wire transfers.
  • Loan Coordination: Manage the loan application process from submission to signature collection, working closely with clients to gather necessary documentation.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations including invoice management, supply maintenance, and administrative support for team leaders.

Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will possess an Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience is desired.
