Job Summary

Honkamp, P.C., a leading accounting and business advisory firm, is seeking a seasonal tax assembler to provide administrative support to the tax team. This is a temporary position that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble completed tax returns and ensure accuracy
  • Scan source documents and tax workpapers, maintaining confidentiality and security
  • Utilize firm software programs to manage tax jobs and workflows
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks, as assigned by the tax team
Requirements
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior clerical experience, preferably in a tax or accounting environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
