Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Territory Sales Manager to support the management and expansion of a specific sales region. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ideal candidates will be self-driven and capable of acquiring, managing, and nurturing a growing client portfolio. This role offers the chance to collaborate with an innovative organization and learn from industry leaders.

Training and Development: Comprehensive hands-on training will be provided. Each new Territory Sales Manager will receive personalized coaching from an experienced sales mentor throughout their training period. Previous experience is not required; however, a strong desire to contribute positively to our firm and advance your career is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, implement, and execute strategic initiatives to enhance sales performance for assigned products. Cultivate and manage opportunities to boost sales volume and improve order intake reliability. Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with key clients and representatives in the designated territory.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities, understanding the objectives of the sales team, and possess the communication skills necessary to effectively fulfill responsibilities and inspire others. This role requires the ability to operate independently in the field.
  • Exhibit creativity and adaptability to successfully navigate the sales territory and respond to evolving business conditions while achieving set goals.
  • Foster effective management and develop robust relationships with agents and representatives to attain desired outcomes. Essential attributes include communication, motivation, team collaboration, diplomacy, and confidence.
  • Assist regional sales managers and representatives in the marketing, design, application, and sales of products.
  • Support market development and sales initiatives.
  • Assess the effectiveness of promotional and advertising strategies, recommending enhancements as necessary.
  • Maintain regular contact with representatives and key customers to follow up on promotional activities and stay informed of their requirements.
  • This position necessitates consistent application of intellect, judgment, and skills appropriate for executive and managerial roles in similar sectors.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in sales and customer service is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with performance-based compensation structures, including commissions and bonuses.
  • Able to engage directly with our sales team and customers.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in an agent or representative setting.
  • Sales experience.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport with clients.
