Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of an Entry-Level Territory Sales Manager at Silverline Visionary. This position involves assisting in the management and expansion of a designated sales territory. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and capable of acquiring, managing, and retaining a growing portfolio of clients.

Training and Development: We offer comprehensive training programs. Each new Territory Sales Manager will receive guidance from a dedicated sales coach throughout their training period. Previous experience is not a requirement; however, a strong desire to contribute positively to our organization and advance your career is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, implement, and execute strategic initiatives to enhance sales performance for assigned products. Cultivate and manage opportunities to boost sales volume and improve order intake reliability. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key customers and representatives in the assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills, understanding the goals of the sales team, and possess the communication and interpersonal skills necessary to effectively fulfill responsibilities and inspire others. As this role is field-based, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is crucial.
  • Exhibit creativity and adaptability to effectively manage the sales territory, addressing evolving business conditions to meet objectives.
  • Foster effective collaboration and develop strong relationships with agents and representatives to achieve targeted outcomes. Essential attributes include communication, motivation, team building, and enthusiasm.
  • Assist regional sales managers and representatives in the marketing, design, application, and sales of products.
  • Support market expansion and promotional activities.
  • Assess the effectiveness of promotional and advertising initiatives, providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Maintain regular contact with representatives and key customers to follow up on promotional efforts and stay informed of their needs.
  • This position requires consistent application of intellect, judgment, and capabilities aligned with managerial roles in similar sectors.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in sales and customer service is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with performance-based compensation structures, including commissions and bonuses.
  • Able to engage directly with our Sales team and customers.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in an agent or representative environment.
  • Sales experience.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport with clients.
