Position Overview:

The Junior Marketing and Sales Associate is tasked with crafting the marketing approach that articulates our client's narrative—driving business outcomes, enhancing brand significance, and bolstering our corporate image—targeting diverse audiences, including consumers, influencers, and client representatives.

The Junior Marketing and Sales Associate will work closely with various specialists on the Marketing and Sales team, contributing expertise to integrated, multi-channel initiatives that encompass brand strategy, advertising, and events.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Marketing and Sales Associate:

  • Direct the company's public relations and thought leadership initiatives, collaborating with executives and business units.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key media outlets and influencers.
  • Identify emerging public relations challenges and lead response communications.
  • Serve as a company spokesperson, addressing media inquiries and interviews.
  • Create communications for clients, including promotional and marketing materials for executives.
  • Coordinate with our investor relations and internal communications teams to support significant company projects.

Qualifications for the Junior Marketing and Sales Associate:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, or equivalent education and experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities of the Junior Marketing and Sales Associate:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and persuasive abilities.
