About the Role

Ecolab is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Territory Sales and Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the hospitality, foodservice, and long-term care industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Customers: Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundries and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Solutions: Communicate our total value to customers to meet their needs and grow sales within existing customer accounts.
  • Manage Equipment and Inventory: Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs and ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • 1 Year of Mechanical Service, Customer Service, Food Service, or Hospitality Industry-Related Experience: Required.
  • Availability to Provide Emergency Assistance: Must be available to provide emergency assistance to customers, which may occur at night, on weekends, and over holidays.
  • Valid Driver's License: Required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates Degree or Other Advanced Training or Certifications: Preferred.
  • Previous Mechanical Problem-Solving Experience: Preferred.
