Lead Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a skilled Lead Administrative Assistant to support our department head or manager at the University of Oklahoma. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 12 months of experience in office, clerical, or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is also required.
This role offers a salary of $65,000 per annum, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments, maintain office files, and manage inventory.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages, serving as a contact person for employees and external customers.
- Prepare reports, perform statistical computations, and assess office procedures.
- Train subordinates, act as payroll coordinator, and collect time sheets.
