Job Summary

The Assistant Community Director plays a crucial role in supporting the Community Director in the day-to-day operations of the property. This position is responsible for assisting in the management of the asset to meet the client's operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the supervision of on-site staff, including Resident Services Coordinators, Compliance Specialists, Leasing Managers, and Maintenance Supervisors.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of property operations strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Community Director to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate property performance and operational metrics.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
