Job Summary

The Leasing Consultant is a key member of our team at FPI Management, Inc., responsible for interacting with residents and potential residents to assist with viewing and touring our properties, providing accurate information about each apartment home, and securing lease agreements from qualified individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relations: Carry out the philosophies and wishes of the Owner in the daily overall operations of the apartment community to ensure FPI is meeting the Client objectives and expectations.
  • Communication: Maintain positive, professional, and effective communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests while representing FPI.
  • Leasing/Occupancy: Maintain occupancy levels as established by owner/budget expectations, exhibit professional leasing techniques, and assist with the completion of monthly Market Surveys and analysis.
  • Reporting and Document Management: Maintain appropriate resident files, ensure the daily integrity and confidentiality of resident files, and ensure that documents and reporting systems are maintained, updated, and organized.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance of Risk Management items through the following of the FPI Standard Operating Procedures, report timely any/all injuries, illnesses, property damage, and react calmly and professionally in emergency, emotional, and/or stressful situations.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist residents with reporting of maintenance needs, document facility and maintenance needs, and ensure timely completion.
Requirements
  • Consistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations, FPI Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Comply with all Fair Housing Laws and FPI policies and procedures.
  • Promote a professional image by adhering to FPI Management's Dress Code Policy.
  • Conduct displayed must be of a professional manner when communicating with employees, residents, prospective residents, clients, vendors, and guests while representing FPI Management.
  • Responsible for meeting all training requirements for the position.
