Job Overview
As a Property Leasing Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily functions of the leasing operations team, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities
Your role will encompass a variety of leasing functions, including the assessment and review of lease transactions and agreements. You will ensure the completion of all necessary documentation while providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be accountable for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations.

Core Duties

  • Client Relations: Uphold the philosophies and objectives of the property owner in daily operations to meet client expectations.
  • Communication: Foster positive and professional interactions with applicants, residents, vendors, and guests.
  • Employee Management: Train and onboard new leasing team members, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Leasing and Occupancy: Maintain occupancy levels as per budget expectations and implement effective leasing strategies.
  • Revenue Management: Assist in maximizing revenue potential through effective lease management and timely turnover.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of resident files and maintain organized reporting systems.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with risk management protocols and report any incidents promptly.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist residents with maintenance requests and monitor facility needs.
  • Other Responsibilities: Enforce community rules and regulations while promoting a professional image.

Qualifications
Must possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

Compensation
Pay range is $22 - $24 per hour.
