Minneapolis Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Slalom. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities in the Healthcare industry in the Twin Cities market.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue and sales growth through effective management of partner engagement, business development, internal collaboration, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Slalom practice leaders to strategically pursue new opportunities on a diverse collection of targeted accounts.
- Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new Master Service Agreements (MSA's).
- Leverage Slalom Sales platforms to drive a forecast and collaborate with Account and Practice leaders.
- Host or facilitate Slalom marketing events.
- Consistently deliver on an annual sales quota.
- 15+ years of demonstrated success consistently achieving sales targets using a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
- Passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand.
- Deep experience and relationships in supporting local Healthcare clients; partnering with them to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
- Skilled at building relationships with technical and business decision makers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Alignment to Slalom's core values to build trust within the communities and clients we serve.
