Reports to: F&B Supervisor


Position Summary:

The Beverage Supply Coordinator is accountable for managing all facets of beverage procurement and inventory oversight. This role includes the organization of storage areas, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained across all beverage outlets and storerooms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Tribal, Federal, and other applicable laws, along with Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by attentively addressing inquiries and concerns from guests and team members.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within inventory spaces.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all incoming products to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Designate appropriate storage locations for stock on shelving units.
  • Implement an organized inventory system focusing on stock rotation and proper placement.
  • Participate in regular inventory assessments.
  • Complete necessary documentation promptly, including invoice submissions.
  • Track daily beverage supply transactions to bars.
  • Maintain an ongoing inventory management system, ensuring assigned stock levels are met.
  • Execute projects as directed by the Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Food and Beverage Operations Manager.
  • Develop strategies to enhance accountability in inventory management.
  • Present a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Assist with beverage transfers, orders, and special requests as needed.
  • Ensure the workspace is orderly and adequately supplied daily.
  • Order beverage supplies and update inventory cost records.
  • Collaborate with management on vendor negotiations and pricing specials.
  • Oversee the quality assurance of beverage dispensing systems throughout the facility.
  • Monitor temperature control points for storage areas.
  • Receive and evaluate beverage deliveries and associated invoices to confirm quality and compliance.
  • Promote and embody the core values and skills of KLECH.
  • Safeguard confidential information related to the position.
  • Complete all required training successfully.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting and Anti-Money Laundering policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; relevant experience may be considered.
  • TABC certification is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, climb, and bend for extended periods.
  • Must maintain focus for prolonged periods.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • Effective communication skills, both in person and via telecommunications.
  • Manual dexterity to operate various office equipment.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily located in back-of-house, casino floor, and standard office settings.
  • Frequent walking and standing in environments with varying noise levels.
  • Exposure to smoke-filled areas and interactions with the public.
  • Temperature-controlled environments with potential for high noise levels.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts with guests and staff.
  • Exposure to various lighting conditions, including fluorescent and strobe lights.
  • Travel may be necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.

Employment Conditions:

  • Must obtain and maintain a KTTT Gaming Commission License, including passing a background check.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • Minimum age of 18 years is necessary.
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to work is essential.
  • Compliance with internal policies and gaming regulations is mandatory.
