Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Sales Consultant to become a vital part of our team at Patriot Auto Sales LLC. In this role, you will engage with a dynamic group of professionals in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. Our focus is on providing quality pre-owned vehicles at attractive prices, drawing customers from a wide region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers as they arrive on the lot, guiding them through the sales journey.
  • Help clients locate a vehicle that aligns with their preferences by utilizing the latest inventory data.
  • Enhance the customer experience by showcasing the features of our vehicles.
  • Support customers in completing all necessary sales documentation accurately.
  • Collaborate with management to boost sales by routinely inspecting the inventory and reporting any concerns.
  • Handle customer paperwork with integrity and compliance.
  • Introduce all available vehicle accessories to potential buyers.
  • Participate in all scheduled training sessions and sales meetings.
  • Assist in promoting vehicle inventory across various platforms.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles as required.
  • Organize and position vehicles on the lot on a daily basis.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor throughout the sales process.
  • Friendly and approachable, particularly when addressing customer concerns.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Persuasive and capable of addressing customer objections effectively.
  • Proficient in basic business mathematics, including percentages.
  • Competitive and team-oriented, with a commitment to ethical practices.
  • Focus on customer needs to enhance both dealership and personal sales performance.
