Position Overview:
As a Senior Sales Solutions Consultant at Oracle, you will leverage your expertise to guide clients in understanding and utilizing our advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Provide expert guidance and specialized knowledge in applying Oracle's technology to enhance client business operations.
  • Facilitate client comprehension of products and applications through engaging presentations, demonstrations, and benchmarks.
  • Support the sales process by acting as a global service solution leader, driving key market initiatives.
  • Enable the sale of services alongside Oracle Cloud, Oracle SaaS products, and technology services.
  • Lead presales technical and functional support activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a mentor and technical resource for junior Sales Consultants, focusing on complex sales opportunities that require innovative solutions.
  • Develop productivity tools and training materials for the sales team.
  • Create and deliver compelling Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
  • Advise both internal and external clients on comprehensive architectural solutions.

Qualifications:
Successful candidates will possess cloud hyperscaler architecture certification and have the ability to solution and sell AI technologies.

Compensation and Benefits:
Oracle offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly pay ranging from $49.66 to $95.91, with annual salaries between $103,300 and $199,500.
  • Eligibility for equity and commission, with a pay mix of 65/35 to 80/20.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, and flexible spending accounts.
