As a Financial Consultant at Equitable Advisors, you will begin by acquiring the essential skills to support individuals and small to mid-sized enterprises with their financial planning needs. Our extensive training curriculum, weekly workshops, practical exposure with experienced advisors, and mentorship programs will provide you with the expertise necessary for a successful career in financial services.

Upon successful completion, chosen candidates will progress to the Equitable Advisors Leadership Academy to refine their leadership skills. High-performing candidates will advance to our Prospective District Manager (PDM) Program, where they will embark on their leadership journey, taking on roles such as recruitment, conducting training sessions, and contributing to the leadership team.
