Key responsibilities include:
- Addressing customer concerns with care, urgency, and adherence to dealership protocols; directly managing customer complaints related to parts
- Promoting the sale of branded components
- Regularly enhancing the efficiency of customer/Parts Department interactions and transactions
- Establishing procedures to guarantee accuracy between inventory and digital records
- Refreshing accessory displays and collaborating with the Sales Manager to ensure accessory vehicles are available
- Overseeing workflow in the parts department and intervening as necessary to meet deadlines and technician requirements
- Making warranty and billing modifications
- Monitoring backorders daily to ensure timely shipping and receipt of deliveries
- Ensuring all dealership purchases are accurately recorded prior to payment
- Guaranteeing all parts are correctly labeled to secure full credit from the manufacturer
- Assisting in the collection of overdue accounts
- Informing all special-order customers upon the arrival of their parts

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive parts department is preferred
- Ability to comprehend job-related instructions and information, whether in electronic or paper format
- Creative and logical problem-solving skills, demonstrating empathy towards customers and their concerns
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Capability to navigate the parts department and possess computer proficiency
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position (i.e., lifting over 50lbs)
- Valid in-state driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards
