Our agents frequently reach the impressive benchmark of closing 2-3 transactions per month within their initial 90 days on our team, thanks to our leads and expert training.

Our onboarding and training process is second to none. In your first week with us, you will undergo an intensive training regimen. You will acquire essential skills, from lead conversion to conducting outstanding buyer/seller consultations, ensuring you are ready to show properties as soon as possible.

Expectations from You:

  • Represent clients in residential real estate transactions.
  • Prepare residential purchase agreements and listing contracts.
  • Conduct property assessments to establish market values for sellers.
  • Be accessible to clients whenever they require assistance.
  • Maintain up-to-date information in all systems and CRM tools.

Compensation: Up to $175,000.00 annually
