Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Residential HVAC Sales Consultant to effectively promote our heating and air conditioning solutions to homeowners. This role involves outside sales and offers a competitive compensation package exceeding $150,000 annually, based on experience, along with potential bonuses and commissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through company-generated leads and conduct in-home consultations to assess their HVAC needs.
- Utilize exceptional customer service skills to address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Successfully close sales and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain communication with clients and technicians post-sale to ensure satisfaction and project completion.
- Complete necessary documentation and manage payment collection efficiently.
- Dedicate time each week to professional development through reading or training related to sales and self-improvement.

Work Schedule
This full-time position typically requires availability Monday through Friday, with the possibility of weekend and on-call work as needed.

- Availability to respond to calls within 15 minutes.
