Daily Responsibilities
This full-time sales role typically operates Monday through Friday, with shifts lasting up to 12 hours. Flexibility for weekend and on-call duties is essential.
As an HVAC Sales Consultant, you will contribute to our growth by marketing our HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services to residential clients. You will actively pursue leads generated by the company and meet with customers at their residences to assess their specific heating and cooling requirements. Utilizing your exceptional customer service abilities, you will be available via phone to address any inquiries or concerns from clients. Your goal will be to successfully close sales and achieve your weekly and monthly targets.
After finalizing a sale, you will maintain communication with both clients and technicians to ensure that the work meets expectations. You will also complete all necessary paperwork promptly and manage cash transactions accurately. With a focus on personal growth, you will dedicate at least two hours each week to reading or engaging with self-improvement or sales-related materials. Your satisfaction comes from seeing the results of your efforts reflected in your earnings, and you take pride in enhancing our customers' comfort.

Qualifications for HVAC Sales Consultant
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- At least 2 years of HVAC certification
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions
- Proficient in using smartphones and tablets
- Willingness to be reachable by phone within 15 minutes of a call
