Commercial Property Sales Specialist

We are in search of a dedicated Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent to enhance our expanding commercial division. This role is designed for individuals who excel in multitasking and can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. The focus will be on retail leasing, sales, investment properties, and development opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
This position operates on a commission-only basis, providing a consistent influx of leads from our top residential agents. With the potential for unlimited income growth through commissions, you will receive unwavering support via continuous mentoring and coaching. Compensation:Projected earnings range from $80,000 to $130,000 based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers regarding property pricing and ensure all transactions are conducted accurately and legally.
- Evaluate properties using local market comparisons to guarantee fair pricing for clients.
- Conduct market research to provide clients with the necessary information for informed decision-making.
- Present commercial properties intended for business use and supply clients with financial insights and analytical data.
- Establish and nurture relationships that foster future growth opportunities.
- Generate leads within the commercial sector.
