**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the Corporate Compensation function by providing expert guidance on compensation strategies and policies.
  • Develop and implement functional activities for multiple lines of business/regions, with a global scope.
  • Collaborate with Senior business leaders to drive compensation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Consider broader compliance implications, market influences, and internal equity when advising on market competitiveness and total compensation pay positioning.
  • Partner with the Senior People Team Manager to work with Line of Business Management on total compensation issues, including complex new hire offer packages, salary administration, incentive plan design/administration, and equity design/administration.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of compensation and HR required.
  • Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of total work experience and some supervisory/indirect management experience preferred.
