Compensation Analyst

Atlas Search is seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with a focus on salary surveys, incentive programs, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct local and national salary surveys to ensure competitiveness in the industry.
  • Design, document, and calculate results for short-term incentive programs.
  • Establish and maintain annual performance cycles and salary increase calendars.
  • Oversee system administrator duties for HRIS and LMS systems, including Performance Management and Succession Planning modules.
  • Maintain the corporate performance management system.
  • Recommend annual merit budgets and exempt, nonexempt, and hourly wage structure movements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Contemporary knowledge of technological advancements in performance management and compensation management systems.
  • 3+ years of experience with HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to complete assignments independently.
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office programs.

The annual base salary range for this position is $155k to $200k. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skill level. Bonus compensation details will be finalized at the time of offer.
