Atlas Search is seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with a focus on salary surveys, incentive programs, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct local and national salary surveys to ensure competitiveness in the industry.
- Design, document, and calculate results for short-term incentive programs.
- Establish and maintain annual performance cycles and salary increase calendars.
- Oversee system administrator duties for HRIS and LMS systems, including Performance Management and Succession Planning modules.
- Maintain the corporate performance management system.
- Recommend annual merit budgets and exempt, nonexempt, and hourly wage structure movements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Contemporary knowledge of technological advancements in performance management and compensation management systems.
- 3+ years of experience with HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to complete assignments independently.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office programs.
The annual base salary range for this position is $155k to $200k. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skill level. Bonus compensation details will be finalized at the time of offer.
