About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Reward Manager to join our team at Arup. As a key member of our Reward Community of Expertise, you will play a crucial role in delivering our Global Reward Strategy across five regions, global functions, and over 30 countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare for key Remuneration Committee meetings, handling agenda planning, papers, compensation modelling, and benchmarking.
  • Lead the annual reward review for senior executives, managing tailored packages and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Collaborate with CoSec and Finance to manage disclosures and reporting, including drafting the annual Directors' Remuneration Report.
  • Oversee reward activities for senior leadership, including pay benchmarking, promotions, and ad hoc remuneration projects.
  • Lead and participate in key projects to operationalize our global reward strategy, coaching and mentoring a team of specialists to drive a high-performing Reward CoE.
