Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at NXP Semiconductors N.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Key Account Managers, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of processes to manage key customer sample deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Lines, and support organizations to ensure seamless execution of processes.
  • Support Key Account Managers with product sampling for new projects, from first samples to production.
  • Engage and partner with team members across Europe, Asia, and the United States to support sampling efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with material project managers at key customers, including document loading to customer portals.
  • Process domestic and international shipments, and assist with office functions such as purchase orders and inventory management.
  • Coordinate on-site meeting logistics, including scheduling, catering, and special requests.
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or support organizations, with semi-conductor industry experience a plus.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential material.

Compensation

A competitive salary range of $78,200 to $107,500 annually, plus benefits, incentive compensation, and/or equity for certain roles.

Please note that individual total compensation may vary based on qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs.
