Job Title: Key Account Manager

At Power Integrations, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue for assigned key/new accounts across Americas – West territories and grow revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to customers to ensure successful product adoption and implementation.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any gaps.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Power Integrations remains competitive in the market.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6-8 years' experience in sales/sales manager position in Semiconductor industry; especially handling business across Americas West.
  • Bachelor degree of Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of the electronics components/systems industry, AC-DC is a plus, especially AEQ qualification and requirements.
  • English and local language proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, with the ability to deliver formal presentations to senior staff.

Power Integrations offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including equity, medical benefits, ESPP, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and time off programs. The annual base pay range for this position is $101,104 - $150,342. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, qualifications, and work location.
