Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at NXP Semiconductors N.V. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales and Marketing teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Lines to ensure timely and accurate implementation of processes for managing key customer sample deliveries.
  • Support Key Account Managers with handling product sampling for new projects from first samples to production.
  • Engage with team members across Europe, Asia, and the United States to support sampling efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with material project managers at key customers, including loading documents to their portal.
  • Process domestic and international shipments.
  • Organize and consolidate company responses to support annual key customer surveys.
  • Analyze and disseminate business information to key internal stakeholders.
  • Track completion of key tasks.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day office functions, including purchase orders and special requests.
  • Order and maintain inventory for Office Supplies.
  • Coordinate on-site meeting logistics, including scheduling, catering, and special requests.
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or support organizations, with semi-conductor industry experience a plus.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential material.
  • Professional maturity, strong emotional intelligence, and integrity.
  • Team player with a willingness to commit time and effort for team success.
  • Business awareness and sensitivity.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and achieve consensus.

  • Base salary range: $78,200 to $107,500 annually, with individual total compensation varying based on qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business needs.
