Como CFO Interino, jugarás un papel fundamental en proporcionar liderazgo financiero, orientación estratégica y experiencia operativa durante un período de transición.

Serás responsable de supervisar todos los aspectos financieros de la empresa, asegurando una gestión financiera efectiva y apoyando nuestra trayectoria de alto crecimiento.


El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida experiencia en empresas privadas y públicas, estrategias de externalización, experiencia en reestructuración, gestión de efectivo, apoyo ejecutivo, exposición internacional y nacional, presupuestación intensiva, liderazgo, mentoría, informes a la junta y otras responsabilidades críticas en un rol de CFO para una empresa en rápido crecimiento.


Responsabilidades:

Estrategia y Planificación Financiera:
Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia financiera de la empresa alineada con los objetivos de crecimiento y los requisitos de capital privado.
Impulsar la planificación financiera, presupuestación y procesos de pronóstico para asegurar una asignación efectiva de recursos y monitoreo del rendimiento.
Proporcionar análisis e información estratégica para apoyar la toma de decisiones y actividades de desarrollo empresarial.

Estrategia de Externalización y Exposición Internacional:
Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de externalización para optimizar la eficiencia operativa, reducir costos y expandir la huella global de la empresa.
Gestionar operaciones financieras internacionales, incluyendo cumplimiento financiero, planificación fiscal y gestión de riesgos de cambio extranjero.

Experiencia en Reestructuración:
Evaluar el rendimiento financiero, identificar áreas de mejora e implementar estrategias de reestructuración para impulsar la rentabilidad y la eficiencia operativa.
Liderar iniciativas de reestructuración, medidas de ahorro de costos y mejoras en los procesos financieros para apoyar un crecimiento sostenible.

Gestión de Efectivo y Asignación de Capital:
Supervisar la gestión de efectivo, optimización del capital de trabajo y funciones de tesorería para asegurar liquidez adecuada y asignación efectiva de capital.
Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de pronóstico de efectivo y gestión de flujo de efectivo para apoyar los objetivos de crecimiento y mitigar riesgos financieros.

Apoyo Ejecutivo e Informes a la Junta:
Proporcionar asesoría financiera estratégica y apoyo ejecutivo al CEO, equipo ejecutivo y junta directiva.
Preparar y presentar informes financieros, incluyendo presentaciones a la junta, actualizaciones a inversores y análisis de rendimiento.

Presupuestación y Controles Financieros:
Liderar el proceso de presupuestación y establecer controles financieros robustos para asegurar precisión, responsabilidad y cumplimiento.
Monitorear el rendimiento financiero en comparación con los presupuestos y proporcionar análisis y recomendaciones oportunas para la optimización de costos.

Liderazgo y Mentoría:
Construir y liderar un equipo financiero de alto rendimiento, fomentando una cultura de colaboración, responsabilidad y mejora continua.
Proporcionar mentoría, orientación y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional a los miembros del equipo financiero.

Relaciones con Inversores y Cumplimiento:
Colaborar con el equipo de relaciones con inversores para proporcionar información financiera precisa y oportuna a inversores, prestamistas y otras partes interesadas.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones financieras, requisitos de informes y normas contables relevantes.

Calificaciones:
Título universitario en Finanzas, Contabilidad o un campo relacionado (MBA o CPA preferido).
Historial comprobado como CFO o ejecutivo financiero senior en empresas privadas y públicas.
Amplia experiencia en estrategia de externalización, gestión de reestructuración, gestión de efectivo, apoyo ejecutivo y operaciones internacionales.
Sólida experiencia en presupuestación, planificación y análisis financiero.
Demostradas habilidades de liderazgo con la capacidad de inspirar y motivar equipos.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, con la capacidad de interactuar efectivamente con partes interesadas a todos los niveles.
Pensador estratégico con un agudo sentido empresarial y la capacidad de impulsar el cambio y la innovación.
Fuerte comprensión de relaciones con inversores, gobernanza corporativa y cumplimiento regulatorio.
