Job Summary

As a key member of our team at Synovus, the Administrative Investment Associate will provide critical support to our Financial Consultants. This role involves responding to client inquiries, processing new accounts, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative support to Financial Consultants, including processing incoming business, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Client Servicing: Assist clients with new account setup, obtain necessary documents, and process account transfers.
  • Order Processing: Process orders for existing clients and provide information on Synovus' products and services.
  • Clerical and Administrative Tasks: Perform various clerical and administrative tasks, including preparing correspondence, reports, and filing client information.
  • Client Communication: Communicate daily with clients regarding trade settlement information, payment and delivery of funds, and portfolio information.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Create reports for Financial Consultants on market conditions, sales results, and team earnings as requested.
  • Risk Management: Be aware of risk within the functional area and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: One year of sales support experience in the financial services industry or similar administrative support experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Securities Compliance: Familiarity with securities compliance regulations.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field.
