We are seeking a full-time on-site Executive Administrative Specialist to join our team in Coral Gables, FL. This role encompasses a variety of administrative responsibilities aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency of our office as we manage real estate investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Handle bookkeeping and accounting functions

Qualifications
- Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
