Your role
Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Are you a skilled multitasker?
We're looking for a BOA to:
• support the branch management team administratively (daily operations, supply ordering and accounts payable, calendar management, expense claims)
• assist Market Directors and Administrative Manager with resolving client issues as needed
• communicate and implement our administrative and risk management guidelines and policies
• support the hiring process and maintain all HR functions, including payroll for support staff
• assist in the administrative aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees
• coordinate and plan branch office business meetings, client events and employee activities
• assist staff with technology tasks and projects as needed
Your team
You'll be working as part of Florida International UBSI. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As a BOA, you'll play an important role in helping our advisors service UHNW clients.
Your expertise
• ideally 3 years of relevant branch operations experience
• high school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
• proven written and verbal communication skill
• independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action
• passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
• self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations and extremely organized.
