Trust Administration Paralegal Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trust Administration Paralegal to join our team at The Nagler Group. As a key member of our estate planning services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our attorneys and assisting with various tasks related to trust administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on legal topics and provide accurate information to our attorneys
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and contracts
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic files using document management systems
  • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
  • Support trial preparation and attend court proceedings as needed
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the legal field
  • Proficiency in a range of legal areas, including estate planning, family law, and workers' compensation
  • Paralegal experience is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with document management systems and legal research tools is desirable
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong MS Office skills, including calendaring
