- Review and comprehend financial documents, including bank statements.

- Work independently with self-motivation and self-awareness.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both oral and written forms.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proofreading abilities.
- Analyze information to provide high-quality service to clients.
- Meet deadlines consistently.
- Coordinate with external vendors to gather data and account information from various financial institutions.
- Prepare estate property tax returns accurately.
- Minimum of 3 years of continuous experience as a Trust & Estate paralegal is required.
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
- On-site employees are required to be vaccinated.
- Eligible for a hybrid work schedule after six months of employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000.00 per year
