The Field Sales Executive plays a crucial role in enhancing the rental revenue for Synergy Equipment within a designated geographic area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales and rental partnerships
  • Facilitate equipment rentals and sales of smaller machinery to contractors, businesses, and governmental entities
  • Spot new construction projects and other market opportunities for equipment rentals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our current clientele
  • Generate sales leads for other Field Sales Executives and additional business sectors

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in industries related to equipment or construction
  • Proven work history demonstrating consistency and outstanding performance
  • Valid Driver's License* 4-year bachelor's degree preferred* Experience in customer service or sales settings

Military experience may be considered in lieu of education or certification experience as applicable.

Work Environment

  • This position involves outside sales, requiring daily local travel to engage with customers and prospects at their business locations.

  • Must be able to occasionally load small equipment into a pickup truck and hitch, tow, and unhitch towable equipment.
