SALARY: Competitive base salary plus commission

Role Overview:

As a Regional Sales Executive, your main objective will be to drive business performance within your designated geographical area. This will encompass marketing, sales, and service coordination. Your activities will involve a blend of direct sales, dealer interactions, and distributor engagements. Regular travel within the region is essential, as you will be making strategic in-person sales presentations to maximize Integral dx's sales potential. Collaborating with leadership, you will help cultivate senior-level relationships with key clients and identify new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to maintain an accurate regional contact database. Build relationships to understand customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Engage with current and prospective clients regularly to foster strong relationships.
  • Plan, execute, and follow up on product demonstrations effectively.
  • Review product specifications, including drawings and 3D models, to present options and proposals to clients. Address technical inquiries and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams for complex questions.
  • Prepare and present tailored product sales proposals that align with customer requirements. Maintain effective communication regarding quotes, competitive insights, trade shows, and follow-ups.
  • Develop a solid understanding of MRP systems to assist in managing and closing sales opportunities.
  • Facilitate training on new product deliveries and promote aftermarket services.
  • Coordinate warranty and service work within the region, performing light service tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies for your territory and take ownership of their execution.
  • Participate in regional associations and trade shows, leading follow-up efforts and assisting in exhibitor preparations.
  • Engage in business and budget planning activities.
  • Assist in training new Regional Sales Executives as required.
  • Travel extensively within the territory and provide weekly activity reports to management. Travel commitment is approximately 60% to 80% of the time.
  • Achieve proficiency in manufacturing and engineering terminology.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

OR possess a combination of education and experience that equips you with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful performance.
