POSITION SUMMARY
Test communication devices to ensure functionality. Place requested amenities such as rollaway beds and refrigerators in guest accommodations. Deliver additional towels, bathrobes, and other necessities to guest rooms. Provide complimentary toiletries to guests, including toothpaste, razors, and shampoo. Transport items (e.g., messages, mail, packages, flowers, sundry items, gift items) to guest rooms. Deliver rollaway beds, cribs, linens, toiletries, and other requested items to guest rooms. May also deliver food, beverages, or other amenities and assemble takeout orders.


Adhere to all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; safeguard company assets.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; express gratitude to guests with genuine appreciation.

Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues; support team efforts to achieve common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Navigate through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as ascend and descend stairs and/or service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

None

The pay range for this position is $19.97 to $19.97 per hour.
