Job Overview:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and respond to guest inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
  • Deliver the highest standard of service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes, verify billing information, and handle reservations and special requests.
  • Assist guests by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and service hours.
  • Implement the company’s guest service recovery program effectively.
  • Comply with company policies, general work rules, and departmental procedures.
  • Participate in all mandatory departmental and hotel meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
