Position Summary:
As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, addressing their inquiries and requests through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Your role will involve managing the telephone switchboard, facilitating wake-up calls, and ensuring seamless communication by directing calls to the appropriate departments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately log and relay guest messages and requests.
2. Collaborate with departments such as Housekeeping and Bell Services to resolve guest issues promptly.
3. Provide detailed information regarding room features, hotel amenities, and local attractions.
4. Assist guests with room service orders and point-of-sale transactions.
5. Support guests in accessing internet services and entertainment options in their rooms.

Standards of Conduct:
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and protect company assets.

Guest Engagement:
Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards. Anticipate and address their service needs, providing assistance to individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation to guests.

Team Collaboration:
Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and contribute to team goals. Uphold quality assurance standards and expectations.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to read and verify information in various formats. Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Capable of lifting and moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: No prior experience required.
Supervisory Experience: Not applicable.
Licenses or Certifications: None required.
